Puffs and Melts

These two words are going to become very common in our vocabulary these days, I can tell! Norah tried them for the first time tonight and chewed like a champ. I tell you, this girl was made to eat! Hmmmm...I wonder where she gets her love for food. :) I'll get a picture of the adorable "chewing" (well gumming) action to post. It's the little things that are so exciting these days.....

Life Goes by So Quickly

Next week our baby will be 7 months old. Life goes by too quickly sometimes. I have been awful at documenting the little things in our lives, which I seem to lament each night as I lay down exhausted in bed after a full day of work and family. In a life where priorities must be made, I know I will regret not documenting the little things. Memories that might fade with years, months, or even days, and that one day I will wish to remember vividly.

My mom kept a book when Conner and I were little in which she would write funny things we would say or do, or "interview" us about life. These books, and everything in them, are priceless.

So here is my goal. I will document the little things. I will write on this blog, add pictures, stories, and videos, so that one day I can share it with Norah and Mike and whoever else wishes to have a peek into our life circa 2010....and many years to come.
