We have had such a snowy winter. I can honestly say that this is the snowiest one I can remember. Back in December, we had a big storm where we got about 15 inches, last weekend we had about 12 inches, and it's snowing again today! The picture above is actually from a storm last March, because I haven't had a chance to get out and take many pictures this year. Needless to say, I've been spending a lot of time inside snuggled up and resting. And I've had a LOT of time to rest since we only had school one day this week!
I am 37 weeks pregnant today, so Norah could arrive at any time. I am so excited to meet her, but I hope she decides to wait until this weather is over! We are all ready to go though - the hospital bag is packed, the car seat bases are installed in our cars, and yesterday at work, I got everything ready for my substitute just in case. :) I will be going back to work for just a few weeks this year in June before summer break, which worked out perfectly!
Overall, I can say that I've had an easy pregnancy. No major complications or problems, which I'm so thankful for. These past few weeks I've been getting pretty uncomfortable though! My hands and legs are SO swollen and her head is really low, so I make very frequent trips to the bathroom. I told some of my co-workers that I should just set up my desk and computer in there until she comes!
For the next few weeks, I plan to rest, snuggle up inside with Mike and Rosie, and just wait for the newest member of our family to make her debut.
Yeaa! Sounds wonderful! I hope your gift arrives soon, let me know when you get it:)
