Norah's school had a Veterans Days assembly and the students were asked to wear red, white, or blue. She picked her outfit all on her own and even requested her red bow. I almost couldn't stand how grown up she looked!
And then there is Ellie, who was almost late for school because we had a battle over weather appropriate clothing. This was the compromise.....
