They came in, unpacked their backpacks, and wasted no time changing into costumes and creating a party. They always want to play together in the afternoons, and I know they must miss each other during the day (even though their classrooms are only three doors apart). In the afternoons when I pick them up, they often will announce when they saw each other during the day:
"Nowah, I saw you at we- cess!"
"Ellie, I saw you in your classroom setting up your rest mat/having snack today when I walked by!"
