10 months later....

Okay, so I know I've been a bad, bad blogger, but I've been doing my best in the last few (well, 10) months to be a great wife, friend, employee, and most importantly, mother! A lot has happened in the Sartori house.

Norah is now walking, eating, and talking like a champ! Today she is 16 months old and here are some things I want to remember:

She can say: Mama, Dada, Door, Outside (Saaaa?), This (Dis? Dis?), Dog, That (Dat), Shoes (Shhhus), and lots more. She can sign for "more," but she also does the same sign for "music" too. I know I've left some out, but these are the ones we here about 20 times a day. :)

She LOVES her accessories. Any type of sunglasses, shoes, hats, my necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. One of her favorite past-times these days is to put on Mike or my shoes and walk around the house.

Totally a water baby too! We spend a lot of time playing in the baby pool in our back yard and even the sink. We also joined a neighborhood pool for the summer, which has been great! The other weekend, Norah walked around to every other kid in the baby pool either saying "Hiiiii" or laughing.

Recently, she has started giving hugs by leaning on your shoulder and saying "Awwwww".

I know I used to think that the day Norah was born was the best day of my life. In a way it was, but each day it just gets better and better. She is truly a joy. Loving, curious, funny, and spirited; she never stops moving and Mike and I never stop enjoying it.

First Halloween
I bought this penguin outfit on sale (I never knew how expensive kids Halloween costumes were?!) and it only had one eye. I had good intentions to fix it, but Mike and I just ended up calling her Cyclops Penguin!
